Top Airports by Takeoffs & Landings

For the week of 8–14 June 2026, business aviation activity remained concentrated at major airports across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA, though most leading airports recorded softer week-over-week activity.

Week-over-week comparisons are based on 1–7 June 2026, while year-over-year comparisons are measured against 8–14 June 2025.

  • Gold Coast (YBCG): +94.1% WoW
  • Melbourne International (YMML): +25.0% WoW

  • Shanghai Hongqiao (ZSSS): +7.8% WoW

 

Largest week-over-week declines

The sharpest weekly declines were concentrated across APAC and the Americas, with Jakarta Halim (WIHH) recording the steepest drop among all listed airports. In the Americas, leisure and business aviation hubs such as Las Vegas, Miami Opa-Locka, West Palm Beach, and Austin all posted declines of more than 30% week over week.

Strongest year-over-year growth

Year-over-year growth remained limited to a small group of airports, with only three airports in the sample posting gains versus the same week last year. Berlin Brandenburg recorded the strongest annual increase, followed by Melbourne International, while Nice was slightly above last year’s level.

Largest year-over-year declines

Year-over-year comparisons remained broadly negative across all three regions. The steepest annual declines were seen in EMEA, the Americas, and APAC, with Athens, Las Vegas, Miami Opa-Locka, Singapore Seletar, and Istanbul Atatürk each down by around 48–53% versus the same week last year.
