Top Airports by Takeoffs & Landings

For the week of 15–21 June 2026, business aviation activity showed mixed performance across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA. Several major airports recorded strong weekly growth, particularly Basel, Tashkent, Chennai, Seattle, and Athens, while declines were concentrated at Geneva, Bangkok, Shanghai, and Mexico City.

Week-over-week comparisons are based on 8–14 June 2026, while year-over-year comparisons are measured against 15–21 June 2025.

Top week-over-week movers

The strongest weekly growth was recorded in EMEA, where Basel’s activity nearly quadrupled. APAC also posted notable increases at Tashkent and Chennai, while Seattle led growth among major airports in the Americas.

Largest week-over-week declines

The steepest weekly decline was recorded in Geneva, where operations fell by more than 40%. Bangkok and Shanghai also posted significant decreases in APAC.

Strongest year-over-year growth

Mumbai led annual growth among the listed airports, followed closely by Seattle. Astana, Sydney, and Almaty also recorded substantial increases compared with the same week in 2025.

Geneva recorded the largest annual decline, with operations down nearly 45%. Shanghai, Beijing, London Biggin Hill, and Bangkok also remained significantly below the comparable 2025 period.
